Ms. Davis is IP counsel in RuyakCherian’s Washington, D.C. office.
Ms. Davis focuses her practice on complex patent litigation cases involving a variety of technologies ranging from computer software to medical devices. Ms. Davis has experience in many aspects of litigation, including working with co-defendants, non-infringement, infringement, and invalidity analysis, claim construction, expert reports, depositions, oral argument, trial, and appeal. Ms. Davis also has experience counseling clients on other intellectual property matters, such as patent application drafting, patent reexamination and inter partes review, indemnity and contract analysis, patent licensing, patent acquisition, and trade secrets.
Ms. Davis received her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from New York University. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she earned a certificate in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. She also served as President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.
