Corrine Saylor Davis
Ms. Davis is a Partner in RuyakCherian’s Washington, D.C. office.
Ms. Davis has represented companies ranging from Fortune 100 to start-ups in IP and related business issues across a wide variety of industries, with particular expertise in software and computer-related technology. Ms. Davis leads the day-to-day operations of case teams in complex patent litigation cases involving a variety of technologies ranging from computer software to medical devices. Ms. Davis is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including working with co-defendants, managing fact and expert discovery, infringement and invalidity analyses, claim construction, expert reports, depositions, oral argument, trial, arbitration, and appeal. Ms. Davis also has experience counseling clients on other intellectual property matters, such as patent application drafting, inter partes reviews, indemnity and contract analysis, patent licensing, patent acquisition, work for hire agreements, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
In addition to the above, Ms. Davis has represented clients in mortgage fraud, asylum, custody and divorce, and estates and trusts matters.
Ms. Davis is a Virginia Supreme Court certified mediator and helps parties resolve pending cases outside of the courtroom.
Ms. Davis received her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from New York University. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she earned a certificate in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. She also served as President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.
