Lijuan Zhang is an attorney in the Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on client counseling, patent portfolio management, antitrust & IP litigation and PTAB proceedings. She has worked as a law clerk for the firm since her first summer in law school, where she assisted in legal researches for litigation matters, conduct e-discovery, drafted memoranda and interrogatories.

During law school, Ms. Zhang interned for the Honorable Loren A. Smith in the United States Court of Federal Claims where she conducted legal research, summarized cases, and drafted judicial orders/decisions under the supervision of law clerks. She also served as an associate for the George Washington Journal of Energy and Environmental Law. Prior to law school, she worked as an internal counsel for a local government of China where she handled government information disclosure and litigation matters where the government was involved.
