Mr. Wielkopolski is a Patent Attorney in the Washington, DC office.
Mr. Wielkopolski has handled patent litigation before the Central District of California, the District of Delaware, the Eastern District of Texas, the Federal Circuit and the International Trade Commission. In addition to patent litigation and ITC investigations, Mr. Wielkopolski has also represented clients in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Wielkopolski has experience in many aspects of litigation, including patent infringement/non-infringement and validity/invalidity analyses, claim construction, motion practice, discovery, and advising clients on the above issues. Prior to joining RuyakCherian LLP, Mr. Wielkopolski was an associate with Urrabazo Law P.C., where he represented co-plaintiff Science Applications International Corporation in VirnetX Inc. v. Cisco Systems, Inc. et al., VirnetX Inc. et al. v. Apple Inc. and VirnetX Inc. et al. v. Microsoft Corporation.
